      TOP Group is a specialist recruiting company working with Japanese-related businesses in Seattle WA area. One of our clients, Japanese Trading Corporation is looking for Japanese Bilingual Account Representative / Sales Representative in Seattle office. This Trading Corporation specializes in Food industry.

      Sales / Marketing
      - Contacting customers regularly and establishing/maintain a solid relationship with customers
      - Determine sales forecast and plans, sales promotion
      - Create quotations
      - Negotiate prices and contracts
      - Process sales analysis by customer and product on monthly, quarterly and annual basis
      - Review market research and sales trend
      - Conduct and review industry and competition analysis,
      - Provide logistics support and collections support
      - Assistance for technical support, quality issues, customer claims and other issues

      Other
      Special assignments as requested by Supervisor/Managing Director

      Requirements
      Requirements:
      - Bachelor degree or higher.
      -Japanese Bilingual or Chinese Bilingual (Able to speak, read, and write)
      - 2-5 years experience as sales/account management in food related industries.
      - require to have working experience and account management for GM
      - be able to travel and work overtime if necessary
      - must have good communication skills and presentation skills
      - must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
      - must be self-motivated and self-starter and have good organizational skills
